The Montecucco Consortium believes that the preservation of our environment and our traditions is a worthy and important commitment and supports these ideals with the Vineyard Museum and the Vine and Wine Museum. The Vineyard Museum was created in collaboration with the University of Pisa and the Mountain Community.

It is a vineyard where we pursue the protection, conservation, and propagation of ancient clones of Sangiovese and other grapes that are native to our territory in an effort to preserve them and to fully understand their potential. The Vine and Wine Museum, on the other hand, showcases descriptions and explanations of traditional viticulture.
